PCB Circuits

Custom PCB design implementing a low-noise preamplifier and ADC stage, optimized for marine acoustic frequencies.

Silver-coated copper wire soldered directly to the piezo element for higher sensitivity and reduced series resistance.

Piezo-ceramic cylinder element sealed from both top and bottom faces for mechanical protection and signal stability.

Opposite side of PCB terminated with shielded coaxial cable to minimize interference and signal loss during transmission.

3D Printing & Housing

3D-printed polymer housings designed with O-ring and pressure-rated seals.

Internal cavity resin-filled for added durability, controlled acoustic impedance, and vibration damping.
